The Indiana Commission for Higher Education (CHE) issued RFI 27-007 — Access to College Credit Opportunities on September 10, 2026. Eligible Respondents and State Objective
CHE expressly seeks information from eligible postsecondary institutions and education partners. The objective is universal access to the Indiana College Core and priority CTE coursework for high school students, addressing barriers such as cost, teacher credentialing, scheduling, low-enrollment courses, transportation, and access to high-quality delivery models.
