Scope
The requirement is for a rugged, field-ready mobile data acquisition system supporting underground coal-mine roof-safety research. The federal notice and attachments require offerors to address the complete technical compliance matrix, including durability for harsh environments, IP67 ingress protection, shock and vibration performance consistent with MIL-STD-810, at least 12 simultaneous channels, onboard data storage, wireless remote configuration, synchronized video integration, and interoperability with Siemens Simcenter Testlab.
The RFQ also includes an AI Use Compliance and Risk Management Plan requirement when artificial intelligence may be used and requires electronic content to comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements.
