Scope
IHS is assessing sources capable of supplying enterprise end-user devices, software, licenses, peripherals, and deployment support for PATH EHR. The contemplated equipment includes new TAA-compliant commercial products on a brand-name-or-equal basis, including monitors, printers, scanners, all-in-one workstations, barcode and armband printers, iPads, networking hardware, and related accessories, with FOB destination delivery to Government-designated locations.
Amendment 1, published September 18, 2026, corrects the equipment list: Item 3 is OptiPlex 7490 AIO — All-In-One Station (Anesthesia) or equivalent, and Item 34 is MEDIX 24 V2 or equivalent.
Interested firms are asked to provide company information, UEI and CAGE information, business size and socioeconomic status, a capability statement, and the applicable Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise representation. IHS anticipates using the GSA Multiple Award Schedule where practicable and may consider open-market acquisition approaches.
