Required proposal package
The current proposal guidelines require a one-page signed cover letter, a written proposal of one to four typed pages, and supporting materials. The proposal must address the public-health need, alignment with Reliant’s focus areas, use of funds, populations and communities served, collaborators, measurable goals and outcomes, measurement approach, and sustainability.
