Atlas Analysis
Atlas Opportunity Score 86/100. Strong school/education relevance with a direct school-nurse eligibility path and support for project materials or classroom resources. N9+ Fit 5/100 because the $750 cap and education-project structure do not support a defensible N9+ deployment. QC Healthcare Fit 5/100 conditional only for a legitimate school-health education project. Dr. Miltie direct-applicant fit 0/100.
