501(c)(3) nonprofits operating in the Tulsa Metropolitan Statistical Area and providing health care, welfare, or education/enrichment services that directly benefit children age 18 or younger; one request per agency per 12 month cycle.

Atlas Analysis

Atlas Opportunity Score 84/100. Strong local pediatric grant for Tulsa-area 501(c)(3) organizations providing health care, welfare, or education and enrichment services to children age 18 or younger. Equipment is expressly eligible and requests may not exceed $8,000, but each applicant must define a genuine child-serving need and comply with the mailed application format and October 25, 2026 postmark deadline.

Opportunity Summary

Children’s Medical Charities Association, based in Tulsa, is accepting 2026 grant applications from eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that provide health care, welfare, or education and enrichment services directly benefiting children age 18 or younger in the Tulsa Metropolitan Statistical Area. Applications opened September 1, 2026. Requests may not exceed $8,000.

Eligibility

Applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations operating within the Tulsa Metropolitan Statistical Area, which the Foundation identifies as Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, and Wagoner counties. Funded work must provide health care, welfare, or education and enrichment services that directly benefit children age 18 or younger. Only one grant request per agency is allowed in each 12 month application cycle.

Funding and Allowable Uses

Requests may be up to $8,000. Eligible projects include equipment, basic health and welfare needs, artistic stimulation, learning and educational activities, and consumable supplies. Priority is given to projects or programs that help children directly. Requests for general funds are discouraged. The current guidelines do not state a mandatory match or cost share requirement.

Restrictions

The Foundation excludes capital campaigns or building funds, support for a sole individual, adult services with no link or benefit to children, endowments, special events, youth athletics, political campaigns, salary or operations requests, incomplete applications, and requests above $8,000.

Application Requirements

The application is a one to two page letter printed on one side using at least 12 point type and one inch margins. One page must be on the organization’s letterhead, and the letter must be signed by a person authorized to bind the organization. The letter must describe the organization and mission, the need, project or requested items, target population and number of children served, anticipated outcomes, requested amount and other support if applicable, United Way funding status, and a project contact name, phone, and email.

Required attachments are a list of the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and Executive Director; the IRS 501(c)(3) designation letter; and the prior fiscal year Income and Expense Statement. Applicants must mail one original application plus seven copies. Only one set of attachments is required with the original.

Deadline and Submission

Applications must be postmarked on or before October 25, 2026 and mailed to Children’s Medical Charities Association, Attention: Grant Review Committee, 1020 S. Rockford Ave., Suite F, Tulsa, OK 74120. The controlling deadline is a postmark date; the public guidelines do not publish a separate clock time or time zone. In person, FedEx, express delivery, facsimile, and electronic submission are not accepted, except for the first page PDF exception referenced in the Foundation’s instructions. Applicants should follow the current official page exactly when assembling the final package.

Healthcare and N9+ Fit

Atlas assigns an N9+ Fit Score of 72/100. The program expressly supports health care services and equipment benefiting children, so an eligible pediatric or family health nonprofit could have a legitimate equipment pathway. The Foundation does not specifically name telehealth, remote examination technology, medical devices, software, platform fees, implementation, or Nonagon N9+ costs. Any such use must be applicant driven, fit within the $8,000 request ceiling, and be confirmed as allowable before budgeting.

Direct Vendor Review

Dr. Miltie, LLC and QC Healthcare are not eligible direct applicants under the published 501(c)(3) nonprofit requirement. A defensible role is limited to an applicant selected vendor or technology partner if an eligible organization identifies a qualifying project and confirms cost allowability.

Atlas Scoring

Atlas Opportunity Score: 84/100. N9+ Fit Score: 72/100, conditional. The opportunity is a strong local pediatric health and equipment funding source with a clear applicant cap and simple submission structure, while the modest $8,000 ceiling and lack of explicit clinical technology language limit device fit.
