Impact Oklahoma has opened its 2026–2027 grant process for Central Oklahoma nonprofits. A representative of every applicant must attend the required nonprofit workshop on November 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in Oklahoma City. Workshop registration is available now.
Funding and deadlines
Winning organizations receive a $100,000 grant. The applicant must use the full award to provide services in Canadian, Logan, Cleveland, and/or Oklahoma County and expend the funds within 24 months. The controlling page does not state a mandatory match or cost share requirement.
The required workshop is November 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The Letter of Intent and financials are due December 4, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Invitations to submit a full application are scheduled for December 9. Invited full applications are due January 15, 2027 at 5:00 p.m. The published grant page does not state a deadline time zone, so Atlas does not infer one.
Eligibility and proposal requirements
Applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, have operated for at least three years, report at least $300,000 in prior fiscal year gross revenue, hold at least $250,000 in total assets, and send a representative to the required grant workshop. The proposal must target a defined population for a defined period with measurable goals and serve the four eligible Central Oklahoma counties.
Impact Oklahoma does not fund non-program operating expenses, debt reduction, endowments, bridge financing, operational deficits, partisan lobbying, general fundraising, private foundations other than private operating foundations, legal expenses, unrelated general construction or renovation, construction on property not owned by the nonprofit, unrelated general capital campaigns, fundraising events, advertising, or sports activities. One application is allowed per organization per year, and recipients of a $100,000 grant may not reapply for the following three grant cycles.
Application mechanics
Applicants must first register for and attend the nonprofit workshop. The initial submission is a Letter of Intent plus financials by the December 4 deadline. Selected organizations are then invited to complete the full grant application, followed by committee review, possible site visits, finalist presentations, and member voting. Health and Wellness is an express focus area, and Impact Oklahoma’s own grant history includes health projects that purchased therapy equipment, supported a low-vision clinic, and equipped a street-medicine vehicle. That history supports a legitimate applicant-led medical-equipment pathway. The current rules do not specifically authorize telehealth or remote examination technology, so any project involving the Nonagon N9+ device and platform must arise from a real eligible applicant need and must remain consistent with the applicant’s approved program budget. Dr. Miltie/QC Healthcare is not a direct applicant under the 501(c)(3) eligibility requirement and would be limited to an applicant-selected vendor or technology-partner role.
