The Neil and Louise Tillotson Fund DASH Grants Program provides rapid support for one-time purchases or activities that benefit residents of Coos County, New Hampshire, and eligible U.S. communities that share a border with Coos County.
Funding and Deadline
Grants range from $250 to $2,000. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through December 3, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and decisions are generally made within three weeks.
Eligibility and Allowable Uses
Eligible applicants include qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations, state or local government agencies, and grassroots organizations, collaborations, or coalitions with a tax-exempt fiscal sponsor. Examples include one-time community activities, school field trips, consulting support, and equipment or furniture purchases. Ongoing operating expenses, recurring programs, capital campaigns, already-incurred expenses, out-of-region projects, political activity, and other excluded costs are not eligible.
Application
Applicants use GrantSource and submit a short project narrative plus a project budget in PDF format.
Atlas Assessment
Atlas Opportunity Score: 72/100. N9+ Direct Vendor Fit: 5/100. The program can support small one-time equipment purchases and school/community activities, but its $2,000 ceiling and restrictions make it unsuitable for a meaningful N9+ deployment under normal pricing. Atlas recommends publication for broad school/community funding intelligence rather than N9+ applicant outreach.
