The Community Response Pathway provides grants from $2,000 to $10,000 for grassroots and community led response. The Coordinated Recovery Pathway provides grants up to $75,000 for larger organizations and coordinated recovery strategies. Eligibility
Applicants must be eligible nonprofit or public entities. Proposed activities must directly relate to disaster relief, response, or recovery from the August 11, 2026 Lake County storms, benefit impacted individuals or communities, use funds for reasonable and appropriate disaster relief expenses, and not knowingly duplicate assistance available through insurance, FEMA, another funder, or another disaster relief program.

Essential needs expressly include food, water, household supplies, prescriptions, medical needs, utility related needs, and other supports necessary for daily stability during recovery.
