The Anne & Henry Zarrow Foundation accepts Inquiry Forms year round from nonprofit organizations aligned with its funding priorities, primarily in metropolitan Tulsa and, in special cases, elsewhere in Oklahoma. The Foundation expressly prioritizes improving access to health care and mental health services for people living in poverty and may provide operating, program, or capital support.
Current application pathway
Inquiry Forms are accepted on a rolling basis with no inquiry deadline. The Foundation states that inquiries submitted after June 26, 2026 may be considered for invitation to its next proposal cycle, which opens in May 2027. Full proposals are by invitation only. The 2026 invited full proposal deadline of June 30, 2026 has passed, so a new inquiry submitted now should be treated as a potential 2027 pathway rather than a 2026 full application.
Funding and eligibility
The current public guidelines do not publish a standard applicant maximum, award range, total cycle pool, or mandatory match or cost share requirement for Oklahoma applicants. Eligible grantseekers are nonprofit organizations whose work aligns with the Foundation’s priorities, with primary geographic emphasis on metropolitan Tulsa. Recipients must adhere to the Foundation’s current Equal Employment Opportunity requirement. Requests for dinners, runs and walks, special events, and fundraisers are not typically funded.
Submission requirements
Step one is the Foundation’s brief Microsoft Forms Inquiry Form. Grantseekers can expect an initial response within about two weeks, but an inquiry does not guarantee an invitation. Invited organizations use the Foundation’s online grants portal for the full proposal, and the Foundation may request additional due diligence information. The public guidelines do not publish a complete attachment checklist for the rolling Inquiry Form, so applicants should use the live form and any invitation instructions as controlling.
