Atlas Analysis
Atlas Opportunity Score: 35/100. This is a verified, continuously open Louisiana assistance program, but it is narrowly restricted to employee and dependent hardship relief rather than organizational grant projects or procurement.
N9+ Fit Score: 0/100. QC Healthcare Fit: 0/100. The program does not establish a legitimate funded role for the Nonagon N9+ device and platform, QC Healthcare, or Dr. Miltie.
Next Action
Eligible Commander’s Palace employees or dependents experiencing a qualifying hardship should use the Foundation’s electronic application portal. Atlas will track the opportunity but will not create N9+ or QC Healthcare outreach.
