Excluded request types include individual participation or personal needs, gift cards, national trips or conferences that do not benefit the local community, scouting organizations, booster clubs, specific school PTAs, political action committees or lobbying organizations, and organizations that discriminate on a protected basis.

The application asks for organization and EIN information, program or event details, focus area, prior Presbyterian funding history, the requested donation amount, program need and impact, and intended use of funds.
A completed W-9 is required to submit the application. Program brochures or other supporting materials may be uploaded. If an award is approved, the recipient must submit an invoice and applicable supporting documentation needed to process the award; deliverables, marketing materials and follow-up reporting requirements are coordinated at that time.
