Current status: Open. Quantum Foundation is accepting Regular Grant applications for its next Letter of Inquiry review cycle.
Deadline: December 4, 2026 for the Letter of Inquiry. Quantum Foundation’s current public deadline page does not publish a clock time or time zone. The full proposal deadline for this cycle is listed as TBD, with an anticipated project start of April 2027.
Funding: Quantum Foundation states that Regular Grants are primarily awarded to high capacity organizations and are generally greater than $25,000. The current public eligibility page does not publish a fixed maximum award for Regular Grants.
Eligibility: An applicant’s day to day work must focus on improving the health of people in Palm Beach County, the proposed project must align with Quantum Foundation’s vision, mission and current strategy, and the applicant must be able to measure impact and report results. Eligible organization types include qualifying 501(c)(3) public charities under the listed 509(a) categories, accredited schools or universities, and units of government or public agencies.
Public exclusions: Quantum states that it does not fund grants to individuals, individual scholarships, health research, religious organizations for religious purposes, endowments, operating deficits or debt retirement, political causes or campaigns, and certain nonfunctionally integrated 509(a)(3) supporting organizations.
Match and cost share: Atlas did not locate a mandatory match or cost share requirement in Quantum Foundation’s current public Regular Grant eligibility or deadline guidance. Applicants should confirm the live portal and any award conditions before finalizing a budget.
Submission: Applications are submitted through Quantum Foundation’s online Fluxx portal. The public website does not enumerate every LOI field, certification, form or upload for the December 2026 cycle, so the live portal controls those details.
Health and technology relevance: Quantum Foundation focuses on Better Engagement in Health, Greater Access to Health Resources, and Stronger Connections for Healthy Communities. Its current website also highlights telehealth and safety net health clinics, including Federally Qualified Health Centers, as areas of health access work.
Atlas Opportunity Score: 96/100. The opportunity has strong Palm Beach County healthcare relevance, a meaningful funding level, and direct alignment with health access and safety net providers.
N9+/Dr. Miltie Fit: 94/100 CONDITIONAL. A project involving the Nonagon N9+ device and platform may fit as part of an applicant led telehealth or care access strategy. Atlas has not verified that device, technology, implementation or third party vendor costs are automatically allowable under this Regular Grant cycle. Any such role must be supported by the applicant’s clinical priorities and confirmed against Quantum’s live application and funder guidance. Dr. Miltie is not treated as a direct eligible applicant.
