Budget and submission

The application budget includes salaries and benefits, contractual services, travel, operating supplies, and other costs. Ineligible expenses include fundraising, most taxes other than sales tax on goods and services, lobbying and political contributions, bad debts, late fees, finance charges, contingency funds, and costs that are not future opioid remediation activities. Indirect costs may be charged at the federally approved rate or up to 10 percent.
