Applicants serving minors must satisfy UNH youth protection requirements before funding, including required training, background check evidence, and safety and supervision policies. A current Certificate of Insurance with general liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence is required.

Atlas analysis
Atlas Opportunity Score: 93/100. This is a strong New Hampshire-specific rural health workforce and education opportunity with broad applicant eligibility, clear scoring criteria, a defined funding pool, and no stated mandatory applicant match.
N9+ Fit Score: 81/100, conditional. The RFA explicitly supports clinical simulations and hands-on career exploration. An applicant-designed project could potentially use the Nonagon N9+ device and platform as a connected physical-exam workflow demonstration within an eligible healthcare career simulation, subject to verified device capabilities, project design, rural eligibility, and USNH budget allowability. Atlas has not assumed that any particular device purchase is automatically eligible.
This is an applicant-led grant opportunity, not a direct Dr. Miltie or QC Healthcare vendor solicitation.
