Broad Eligibility

Only 501(c)(3) organizations or an equivalent may apply. The application also requires an applicant-defined request amount, project narrative, proposed start date and duration, outcomes, other anticipated funding sources, and a line-item budget.

Foundation funds may not be used for items for which third-party reimbursement is available, research on unapproved drug therapies or devices, grants to individuals, or brick-and-mortar payments.
