Eligible entities include governmental entities, nonprofits, for-profits and Tennessee state agencies serving rural populations; TDH also identifies rural hospitals, health systems, FQHCs, nonprofit organizations and community-based organizations as core applicant groups. Applicants must satisfy the current RAMP application and Tennessee registration requirements.
