IronMountain Solutions (IMS) has opened the Employee Peaks Fund (EPF) Winter 2026 Grant for eligible nonprofit organizations serving Huntsville, Alabama and surrounding communities where IMS and subsidiary employees reside. The controlling 2026 EPF Winter Grant Application states that applications are due Friday, October 9, 2026 at 4:00 PM CDT. IMS’s June 26, 2026 grant-cycle announcement also states 4:00 p.m. CDT. The EPF landing page currently shows CST, so applicants should follow the application form and submit by 4:00 PM CDT.
Eligible recipients must be 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations with deductible contributions under Internal Revenue Code section 170, operate in the Huntsville-area community, provide services open to community members regardless of race, religious beliefs, political affiliation, ability to pay or background, and fit at least one EPF Quality of Life Priority.
EPF’s published priorities include Health & Wellness, defined as addressing physical health, mental health and wellness, as well as Education, Basic Needs, Economic Opportunity, Neighborhoods & Community, Recreation, Arts & Culture and Environment. The current general-information document linked from the 2026 application page says previous EPF awards have ranged from $2,000 to $7,500 and notes that an awarded organization may receive less than its full request depending on available funds.
Published exclusions include recipients awarded within the previous two EPF grant periods, conference expenses, debt reduction, endowment or annual campaigns, grants to individuals, political contributions or activities, private foundations, special events or membership drives, and event sponsorships. The current materials do not state a mandatory applicant match or cost-share requirement.
Applications are submitted through the online EPF application linked from the official IMS Employee Peaks Fund page and must include supporting documentation by the current-cycle deadline. EPF grant decisions are voted on by contributing IMS employees and finalized by the EPF Board of Directors. The program may require a post-award funding report describing use of funds and measurable outcomes.
Atlas analysis: Atlas Opportunity Score 82/100. N9+/Dr. Miltie Fit Score 58/100. Health and behavioral-health applicants in the Huntsville area are legitimate targets, but the opportunity is a relatively small community grant and the public materials do not specifically prioritize telehealth, remote examination, medical devices, or healthcare technology. N9+ should therefore be positioned only when an applicant has a real health-access or integrated-care use case and the proposed cost is accepted by EPF. Dr. Miltie, LLC is not advanced as the direct applicant because EPF limits eligibility to qualifying nonprofits.
