The Community Foundation for Delta County Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) Fall 2026 grant cycle supports charitable projects benefiting youth and the broader Delta County community. The current Fall 2026 announcement requires completed grant requests to be received by 3:30 p.m. EST on October 1, 2026. A Foundation grants page has separately referenced delivery before 4:00 p.m. Eastern, so Atlas uses the earlier 3:30 p.m. EST cutoff as the conservative operational deadline unless the Foundation confirms otherwise.
Eligible applicants include nonprofit charitable organizations and subdivisions of government serving Delta County. Individuals and service clubs are not eligible. Current YAC materials require a cover sheet, project narrative, project budget, nonprofit or IRS-status documentation, letters of support demonstrating need and collaboration, and an explanation of meaningful youth involvement. Grants normally do not exceed $2,000; larger requests may be considered but require full Foundation board approval.
YAC funding is intended for a specific charitable purpose. Operating expenses, including personnel costs, are not funded. The published budget format includes lines for professional fees, travel, equipment, printing/copying/supplies, phone/fax, postage/delivery, rent/utilities, evaluation, marketing, and other project costs, while salaries, taxes, and benefits are identified as not funded through the grant. No mandatory non-federal match percentage, solicitation number, separate vendor-registration rule, public addenda process, or dedicated grant FAQ is stated.
Atlas scores this opportunity at 70/100 with N9+ fit at 20/100, conditional and applicant-led. The small typical award and lack of an explicit telehealth or clinical-device priority make Nonagon N9+ a weak project-specific fit. Dr. Miltie, LLC is not an eligible prime applicant under the nonprofit/government applicant framework.
