Opportunity Overview
ARNIA Foundation, in partnership with U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union, is accepting applications for the 2026 enrichEd® Classroom Grant Program. The program supports financial literacy and financial wellness projects for students in eligible New Mexico public and charter schools.
Funding and Deadline
ARNIA Foundation will award $20,000 total through individual grants of $500, $1,000, $1,500, $2,000, or $2,500.
Applications must be received by September 27, 2026. The controlling U.S. Eagle page and live Jotform application do not state an exact closing time or time zone, so Atlas does not infer one.
Eligibility
Applicants must be full-time educators or administrators working at a public or charter school in one of the following New Mexico counties: Bernalillo, San Juan, Sandoval, Santa Fe, or Valencia. School administration approval is required.
Realistic eligible organizations include Albuquerque Public Schools, Farmington Municipal Schools, Rio Rancho Public Schools, Santa Fe Public Schools, Los Lunas Schools, and qualifying charter schools in the five-county service area; the actual applicant must independently meet the educator/administrator requirements.
Allowable Uses and Match
Current program guidance identifies eligible project themes including financial literacy and financial wellness, budgeting and savings education, managing unexpected expenses, career exploration and workforce readiness, understanding income and living expenses, entrepreneurial or project-based learning, and sustainable classroom activities that engage students in real-world financial concepts.
No mandatory match or cost-share requirement is stated. The application asks applicants whose total project cost exceeds the requested grant to explain how the remaining funds will be obtained, but this is not stated as a required match.
Application Requirements
Applicants submit through the live online Jotform. Required application content includes educator identity and contact information, school and county information, position and grade taught, project summary, goals, number of students served, expected completion date, project name, requested grant amount, total estimated project cost, explanation of any funding gap if applicable, an evaluation plan, reporting/publicity compliance, educator signature, and principal signature. The form also permits a video-based submission option.
The controlling sources do not publish a separate solicitation number, amendment schedule, or standalone attachment package.
Atlas Analysis
N9+ Fit Score: 0/100. This is a small classroom financial-literacy grant with no verified clinical, telehealth, remote-examination, or N9+ technology use case. Atlas does not force fit.
Atlas Opportunity Score: 69/100. The opportunity is verified, open, easy to understand, and directly relevant to New Mexico K-12 education. The score is moderated by the small award size, narrow county eligibility, individual educator applicant structure, and the absence of a published exact deadline time/time zone.
Dr. Miltie/QC Healthcare direct applicant: No Bid. Dr. Miltie/QC Healthcare is not an eligible applicant.
Outreach status: held. Although the date is well beyond the 48-hour threshold, the controlling sources do not provide the exact deadline time and time zone required by the lane’s outreach gate.
