Required next actionDo not initiate new applicant outreach because the mandatory LOI gate closed September 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Only organizations with an approved timely LOI should continue through the OCCF Grant Portal and submit the invited full application by September 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.; time zone is not published.

Broad Eligibility

501(c)(3) nonprofits or other non-exempt organizations that qualify for charitable dollars, align with the program priorities, and serve older adults age 65+ in Canadian, Cleveland, or Oklahoma counties at a free, low-cost, or reduced rate. Priorities are independent living, wellness and physical activity, and social/recreational services. Organizations must demonstrate 100% board participation in support of the mission, may submit only one LOI, and must be able to provide their most recent tax return and IRS determination letter if requested.

Atlas Analysis

Atlas Opportunity Score 82/100. N9+ Fit Score 25/100, conditional only. The FY27 program supports general operations and new or existing programs/projects for older-adult wellbeing, and prior OCCF awards include technology-enabled healthcare access, but the current guidelines do not specifically authorize remote-exam equipment or N9+. Do not force fit. Dr. Miltie/QC Healthcare direct-applicant fit is 0/100; any vendor role must arise from an invited eligible applicant's independently defined project and verified cost allowability. Because the mandatory LOI deadline has passed, no new applicant pursuit or outreach should be initiated for this cycle.

The Oklahoma City Community Foundation FY27 Services for Older Adults Community Grant supports organizations that help adults age 65 and older maintain independence, wellness, physical activity, and social connection. Awards are available up to $30,000.

Current cycle status and deadlines

The mandatory Letter of Intent deadline was September 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and has passed. Organizations whose LOIs were approved may submit the invited full application by September 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. The controlling public page does not state a time zone. OCCF states that all deadlines are firm with no exceptions.

Eligibility and priorities

Eligible charitable organizations must serve older adults age 65 and older who otherwise would not have access to qualifying services. FY27 priorities include supporting independent living, wellness and physical activity, and social and recreational services. The controlling FY27 guidelines require qualifying charitable status and program alignment; the current Atlas record also reflects the published service-area and board-participation requirements from the FY27 guidelines.

Application process

Applications are submitted through the OCCF Grant Portal. The process begins with a Letter of Intent. Only applicants whose LOIs are approved may complete the full application. Because the LOI gate has closed, this cycle is not available for new applicant entry.

N9+ and Atlas fit

Atlas Opportunity Score: 82/100. N9+ Fit Score: 25/100, conditional. The program supports older-adult wellbeing and has adjacent technology-enabled healthcare precedent in prior OCCF funding, but the FY27 materials do not specifically authorize remote-examination equipment or the Nonagon N9+ device and platform. Dr. Miltie/QC Healthcare is not a direct applicant. Any vendor role must arise from an already invited eligible applicant’s independently defined project and verified cost allowability.

Outreach control: no new cold applicant outreach is permitted for this cycle because the mandatory LOI gate closed September 10, 2026.
