Opportunity Overview
Arizona Complete Health (AzCH) is accepting 2026 Community Giving requests through an invitation-only model. The program includes Event Sponsorships, Outcomes-Based Partnerships, and Capital Grants. Applications opened in January and remain open until available funds are fully allocated, with monthly review and monthly award rounds.
Funding and Deadline
The current 2026 public guidance does not publish a minimum or maximum award amount for Outcomes-Based Partnerships or Capital Grants. There is no published application closing date or closing time; applications are continuously accepted by invitation while funds remain available. Event sponsorship requests must normally be submitted at least 60 days before the event.
Eligibility and Application Process
A valid invitation code from an Arizona Complete Health Community Relations Lead is required to apply. Invitations are based on strategic alignment, organizational readiness, and available funding. Invited organizations submit through the grant portal and applications are reviewed monthly. The current 2026 public page does not restate a complete legal-entity eligibility list, so applicants should confirm eligibility directly with their regional Community Relations Lead rather than rely on older criteria.
Priority Areas
Current priorities include preventive screening and early intervention; autism resources; breast and cervical cancer prevention; child well visits and immunizations; children’s dental care; adult preventive care; maternal and child health; diabetes; heart health; mental health; substance-use prevention and recovery; suicide prevention; veterans’ health; care coordination; health access and literacy; childhood development; educational activities; justice re-entry; housing; food security; transportation; basic needs; healthcare workforce development; and research and innovation addressing health-related social needs. The 2026 spotlight priorities are access to care, food security and nutrition, housing, and workforce development.
Eligible Costs and Grant Pathways
Outcomes-Based Partnerships support measurable programs tied to prevention, chronic disease management, mental health, social needs, equity, cultural responsiveness, and inclusion. Capital Grants support large-scale projects and tools, including facilities, services, tools and technology, and capacity-building. Outcomes-based and capital projects require completion and a final report 12 months after approval. Current public guidance does not publish a mandatory match/cost-share requirement or a detailed allowable-cost schedule; applicant-specific allowability should be confirmed before budgeting.
Atlas Strategic Analysis
Atlas Opportunity Score: 89/100. This is a strong statewide health-access and capacity opportunity, but access is invitation-only and current public materials do not disclose award-size limits. N9+ Fit: 72/100 conditional. The capital pathway expressly supports tools and technology and the priorities strongly overlap connected screening, access-to-care, chronic-care, rural/Tribal, maternal/pediatric, behavioral-health, and mobile-care use cases. N9+ should only be advanced within an invited applicant’s approved project after AzCH confirms the specific technology expense. QC Healthcare Fit: 20/100 conditional. Programmatic clinical support may align in some projects, but current public materials do not establish outside staffing or service-contract allowability. Dr. Miltie direct-applicant fit: not established. A downstream vendor or technical-partner role is more realistic than direct application unless AzCH affirmatively confirms eligibility.
Applicant Strategy and Contacts
High-potential applicant profiles include Arizona FQHCs, rural and Tribal health organizations, behavioral-health providers, maternal/pediatric programs, mobile-care programs, community health organizations, and healthcare-workforce initiatives whose projects align with AzCH priorities. Because an invitation code is mandatory, Atlas should not treat general program fit as proof of application eligibility or invitation status. Organizations may request a meeting with the appropriate Community Relations Lead to discuss fit and potential invitation.
Next Action
Confirm the applicant’s regional Community Relations Lead, invitation status, legal eligibility, proposed project and budget allowability before any applicant-specific advancement. Do not represent an organization as eligible to submit until invitation and current eligibility are verified.
