The selected organization must maintain a full time Healthcare Coalition Readiness and Response Coordinator who resides in Mississippi and is dedicated solely to Mississippi ESF-8 Healthcare Coalition activities.

The RFA permits direct and indirect costs consistent with the award terms and federal requirements; organizations without a negotiated indirect cost rate may use the applicable de minimis treatment where permitted by the prime award.
