Atlas Analysis

Atlas Opportunity Score 79/100. N9+ Fit 15/100. Partner-Led planning only. The award is for partnership development, not N9+ deployment: the RFA excludes research pilot projects and supplies for existing partnership work, caps individual equipment items at $1,000, disallows indirect/F&A, and limits faculty salary support to $1,000. A future partnership could plan telehealth or access-to-care research involving guided examinations or vitals, but N9+ should not be forced into the current $5,000 budget.
