For Atlas, the program can address service gaps involving crisis, mental-health, substance-use and certain medical or forensic care. N9+ remains a conditional fit. Any remote physical examination role involving children or youth must be tied to a verified clinical-access need and comply with privacy and confidentiality rules, pediatric clinical requirements, clinician licensing, forensic protocols and budget allowability. The NOFO does not specifically authorize telehealth or the N9+ platform.
