Baltimore County Department of Health, Bureau of Behavioral Health / Local Behavioral Health Authority is seeking qualified organizations to provide Mental Health Case Management: Care Coordination for Children and Youth for eligible Baltimore County children, youth, young adults and families. The procurement replaces SCON-10001238 and is structured as a one-year base contract with four one-year renewal options. The County may select one or two providers.
Funding and Deadline
The current issued RFP is due October 15, 2026 at 3:00 PM Eastern. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for September 22, and questions are due October 6.
